L'Écureuil Ludique is a charming townhouse on two floors, designed for friendly and relaxing stays. Many free parking lots are nearby as well as a train station a 15-minute walk away.

As soon as you arrive, the warm entrance plunges you into a playful atmosphere that extends into the living room, equipped with a television, CD and DVD players, a hi-fi system, speakers and high-speed fibre wifi, for moments of comfort and sharing in all simplicity.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your meals freely, while the bathroom with shower and the two toilets bring comfort and practicality to all guests.
The house has three rooms with a unique decor, including a room specially designed for children, with games, books, CDs and facilities to offer them a secure and playful entertainment and discovery space; as well as another bedroom giving access to a mezzanine dedicated to well-being, ideal for reading, relaxation or teleworking, with a distant view of the ruins of the abbey.

The major asset of the house is the game room, with more than 500 modern board games, far from Monopoly or Scrabble.
Each game becomes a moment of laughter, strategy and conviviality, for young and old.

A small private terrace and a mini garden add a touch of nature and a peaceful corner to relax or enjoy an outdoor coffee.

Located right next to Saint-Nicolas Church, your days will be punctuated by the sound of bells.

The house is also very practical: bakery, butcher-charcuterie, early and florist are nearby, with a Carrefour Market a little further, a gas station and car garages.
Some restaurants and a tobacco bar complete the amenities around the house.

For everyone's comfort, the house is non-smoking and does not accept animals, so that everyone can enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay. (Tobacco odours, allergies to animal hair)
Nevertheless, an ashtray and some cushions are available if you want to sit on the porch to smoke or vape.

For your moments of relaxation, the ruins of the Prieuré de la Sainte-Trinité, just 200 metres away, immerse you in the history of Beaumont-le-Roger. This iconic monument, which we have even highlighted on our logo, offers a perfect place for a walk, a picnic or a contemplative break.

The house has an exceptional toy library, organised and in excellent condition, with games for all levels: beginners, amateurs or experts will find their happiness. Between two games, you can also enjoy the relaxation area or telework, thanks to our broadband fibre connection, to combine fun and productivity.

The surroundings offer even more activities: local farms to visit, forests like that of Beaumont-le-Roger for beautiful hikes, and other sites to discover. Although the station is accessible (±15 minutes on foot) and allows you to reach Évreux, Caen, Paris or Rouen, for a one-week stay, we recommend having a car, as public transport remains limited in the region.
