Can we cancel free of charge?
Cancellations will only be taken into account if they are made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the booking date. These will be fully refunded before the deadline mentioned above. After this period has been exceeded, no refund will be made.

Can I book for someone without being present during the stay?
Yes, absolutely!

Is there any important information that visitors need to know before booking or arriving at the cottage?
Thank you for respecting the agreed time slots for your arrival and departure. We will be pleased to welcome you in person to make you discover the house and its facilities. When you leave, we will also be present to carry out an exit inventory together and make sure that everything went perfectly during your stay.

In the event that an element of the reservation is incomplete or incorrectly filled in, we reserve the right to cancel it.

The terms of payment (deposit, balance, accepted means of payment) are specified at the time of booking. The customer undertakes to respect the payment conditions indicated in order to guarantee the reservation of the stay.
6. Cancellation and modification conditions
Any request for cancellation or modification of reservation must be made within the deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Depending on the date of cancellation, fees may apply in accordance with the conditions defined for the stay.
7. Liability
The owner of the cottage endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the site. However, he cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or temporary unavailability of the site.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (texts, images, photographs, logos) is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without authorisation is prohibited.
9. Personal data
