Focus on Forest Room

The Forest Room immerses you in a gentle and enveloping atmosphere inspired by nature. Its slightly deeper colours evoke the soothing atmosphere of the forest, while some wall illustrations of birds complete this natural and warm decoration.

The room is equipped with a large comfortable bed (140x200), two bedside lamps with a small bedside table, and a chest of drawers to store your belongings. A clothes rack fixed to the wall and a vertical mirror are also available. Reading enthusiasts will appreciate the small library containing different books (French books). You will also find a small removable lamp, an induction phone charger, and a luminous Plexiglas plate on which you can leave a note or a drawing. A natural wood speaker operating without electricity completes the equipment, in accordance with the natural spirit of the room.

The particularity of the Forest Room is its large mezzanine entirely dedicated to well-being and relaxation. In this space decorated in a wood and green style, you will find a yoga mat and several accessories to practice in peace. A green plant, a large speaker to broadcast relaxing music, as well as a small ambient lamp with changing colours help create a soothing atmosphere. A desk also allows you to telework if necessary, and a small sofa filled with cushions invites you to enjoy a moment of reading or relaxation.

From the room, the view opens to the ruins of the abbey in the distance and the bell tower of the church, where you can see the Régulus, adding even more to the peaceful charm of the place.

Walk idea

Located just 200 m from the Écureuil Ludique and visible from the Velux de la mezzanine, the Prieuré de la Sainte-Trinité is a place full of history. Built at the end of the 11th century, the building was originally a collegiate church entrusted to English canons from Saint-Frideswide of Oxford. In the middle of the 12th century, it became the property of the abbey of Bec, which transformed it into a priory.

Today, its ruins, partly classified and listed as Historical Monuments, offer a peaceful and charming setting. The site also offers a beautiful panorama of the valley and the ring where trotters train.
